As the Broker of Record of PMI Hudson and Partner of The Crest Group, my primary focus is to ensure that every transaction not only runs smoothly but is also a pleasant experience for all parties involved. With over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry, I ensure that every transaction is in full compliance of the Real Estate Commission Requirements and ethical standards.
As a leasing agent/property manager, I have an understanding what landlords look for as the property manager for the five building in my family’s portfolio. In the past 8 years, I have sold an array of Condos, Co-Ops and buildings in the tri-state area. I enjoy collaborating with investors and landlords to create the best end result. My approach is one of complete care when it comes to serving my clients and I am a strong believer in personal integrity.
As a licensed realtor, I bring many years of solid experience in the management of investment properties and home owners associations. My strengthens are bringing exceptional service to the investors/landlords of northern New York.
